Refund policy

Damaged shipments:
If you notice damage to the packaging, inspect your items carefully for damage. Please reflect it on Bill of Lading and report it to us within 5 business days.
Immediately call us to address the situation. If the damage is repairable, we will send the necessary replacement parts. If your furniture is beyond repair and needs to be partially or fully rebuilt, the furniture will be returned to us at no additional shipping expense to you. You need to ensure all the items are repackaged , so the shipper can return the shipment for credit.

Return policy:
We accept returns following a 30 day return policy on the items on our standard catalog. However, Made-to-order items are not eligible for 30 day returns. Item must be in its original, undamaged condition, disassembled and repackaged. Charges apply for damaged items (excluding damages those damaged during shipment).
Refunds take 5-7 days but may take up to 2 weeks. Shipping charges apply.
